By accessing or using KalyanResults ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access such content in your jurisdiction to create a membership account on KalyanResults.

2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, password, Member ID). Notify us immediately at support@kalyanresults.com of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

3. Content & Results

All Kalyan Matka results, charts, predictions, and historical data are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. KalyanResults does not guarantee absolute accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Results are sourced from multiple verified channels and cross-checked, but discrepancies may occur.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All membership fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
• Auto-renewal subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) scrape, automate, or misuse Platform data; (b) share premium content with non-members; (c) use the Platform for illegal activities; (d) attempt to breach security or reverse-engineer our systems.

6. Termination

KalyanResults reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, local laws, or engaging in fraudulent activity, without prior notice or refund.
